Labyrinth Lord (B/X) Campaign

This is a basic old school campaign using Labyrinth Lord rules, which are based on B/X D&D. You can download a free version of the rules at http://www.goblinoidgames.com/labyrinthlord.html. No experience is required. Following the example of the original Greyhawk and Blackmoor games, this campaign is going to be heavy on dungeon exploration and light on "plot."

I will try to play every Friday from 2:30-4:30pm Chicago time. Be sure to check http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_US-IL.aspx?city=Chicago to avoid any confusion about time zones or that daylight savings nonsense. You do not need to commit to playing every week--feel free to come and go as you please. We will be using audio, but no video, so please make sure your microphone and speakers work.

Character Generation

You can create your character before we play (it shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes). For ability scores, roll 4d6 and drop the lowest. Starting gold is 3d8x10. If you want to roll your own character, but would like a little guidance, we can set up a time to go through character generation together.

You may also bring in an existing low-level PC from another campaign (anything up to 2nd edition or equivalent).
