The Otherworld Saga Alt

Overview:

Welcome to the Otherworld Saga. A campaign I personally created to host players and adventurers that would venture out the fantastical world of Aerth and its 7 kingdoms. I will be DMing and am looking for a player to replace on of our sorcerer. One that is balanced with their gaming palette: A little roleplay, few scoops of combat, a dab of exploration, jokes here and there. All these to brew an epic story worthy to be retold. We have 5 committed players already (attendance, punctuality, consistency, etc) and we need 1 that can do the same.

With that said, Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginners are most welcome and hopefully, you can join
the already dynamic group that we already have.

TIME:

For now, we are scheduling it at Monday 9 PM PST every week. Rarely, work schedule changes and if that happens, I will inform the group and will discuss of possible rescheduling around that week or just cancel and resume it on next feasible schedule. If you are from a different time zone and you could not stay up for the rest of the game play, or it's in conflict with another activity, or your parents don't want you to stay up late, please do us a favor and just don't apply...please. The game runs for 3 to 4 hours and we need somebody that is present and engaged the whole time.

PLAYER INFO:

You start at level 6 since this is an ongoing campaign. We need a "wit" that is a magic-user or utility class. If you want to multiclass or opt for another, justify the reason and if it's good for the campaign, I will consider it and can bump yourself up to the priority list. We do have homebrewed rules so check the races and rules here: https://sites.google.com/site/theotherworldsaga/Rules. If you are a newbie and you want to create the character together, I would definitely be available for that. You will be asked for your email and will then receive an invite after verification. There will be a priority list and so you will be asked in the email what makes you stand out from the rest. We communicate through email for game reminders or changes. IMPORTANT: Current players have been in the campaign since the beginning and we wanted one that can stay for the long haul to continue to develop character dynamics. Please DO NOT apply if you cannot commit to the time or to the campaign.

Every character should have a backstory that ties them to specific locations and people in the setting. You will also have a specific connection with 2 other PCs. One that knows you and one that you know. That might be made in the game when your character is introduced but check the website for samples.
