I have been roleplaying with small groups in person for about 17 years. I am familiar with Pathfinder, Savage Worlds, GURPS, D&D, Mythras, and The Cypher System. I most enjoy the world building element of writing campaigns and sessions, but I enjoy participating as a player as well. I currently have two established settings that I write on regularly. A Sci-Fi campaign currently entitled Beta Sector and a Fantasy setting known as Iramea. I am always looking to expand the community, and encourage players to be creative.
As a game master, I write lore, and I do not force players to engage in that lore as they may roleplay characters who do not get involved. I prefer players to explain their intent when they do things so that I can make sure we are working together to create a narrative. Compromise, surrender, and negotiation are always options to remember when roleplaying. Our adventures are not bound by levels, CR, or other ideas behind a challenge, and player creativity can always overcome these things with chance.
A disclaimer: I recognize and appreciate the individuality of each player and their character, but I cannot tolerate prejudice of any sort. I believe that roleplaying is a medium for all people to be able to express themselves whether they be be men, women, transgender, people of color, or any sexual orientation. This includes harassment of NPC's within the game, as this sort of behavior may make players uncomfortable.
