So I made you some FREE Tokens...

Really, there's free tokens in this post, but if you would bear with me for a moment or two first I have another couple of things to mention. So first up let me hawk my wares before you good people with the third of my Post-Apocalypse token sets "The Girl with the Uranium Heart". This set went live just a few minutes ago and I'm excited to be able to expand the range of post-apocalypse tokens. I hope you like them and find a use for them, and as ever I am all ears if you want to give me feedback on what you'd like to see from me in future: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/set/294/post... Now on to the free stuff! I made them because one of the people here, William R. was kind enough to post up an image of his game and I was thrilled to see tokens I had made being used. I can't tell you what a great feeling it is to know that the things I made are out there being woven into the wonderful stories told by the GMs and Players on Roll20. William mentioned he'd had difficulty finding certain kinds of tokens for sci-fi and especially for RIFTS, and I wanted to rectify that. I also had a recent conversation with a person here who was an advocate of free resources and art. Although I stick by my assertion that paid-for art results in a more motivated marketplace of creators who are aiming to make assets that people really want, I also acknowledge that it's nice to be able to contribute a little freebie now and again for those who struggle to justify buying paid-for assets when there's groceries and rent needing paid. This isn't a pack then so much as a collection of a few tokens around a theme, brought into being by the twin awesomness of the Roll20 community getting me thinking, and the very fine people at Palladium who grant a limited licence to folks who want to draw a cybernetic Crazy with a shovel every now and then. Thanks for bearing with my pre-amble, I won't delay you good folks any longer, you can find the tokens right here, free for your use in any non-commercial manner: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/a9mw459rch4a86k/AABflMS... -Paul Ooshun

The name of you post-apocolypse set brings a smile to my face, and the tokens themselves are nicely varied. Keep up the good work. I'm also fan of giving away a few freebies to help support one's hobby, very kind of you.

Love it! All of it! =D
They are pretty useful - power armour and robot token seem lacking until now. :) Oh there is a spelling mistake in your link to find your other sets... I found them but other might miss it. "...perhaps one of the other packs contains it: https://marketplace.roll20.net/browse/search/ooshun%20post-pocalypse/1 " Would love to see more Rifts Vehicles / Mechs - even the slave barge from Atlantis.

Very kind of you all, and glad a few folks are seeing potential for use in them. Sci-fi stuff is, as I think I said before, often pretty difficult to get to the Marketplace because there's IP issues on anything specific, and unlike fantasy and modern settings they tend to have a very tight, recognisable aesthetic. To really produce these would require a license, or a limited license that lets you make and share them for non-commercial purposes (like Palladium grant people). It's a bit of a shame but if you're a sci-fi fan don't be afraid to contact your favourite publisher about Roll20 and see what official content they can produce or if they'd be willing to work with one of the talented artists here to get you something in the style and niche you really want to see!
