Resizing Token wont work/save

I changed some stuff about my game, which made a map contain more fields but smaller ones. now all the token are offsized if i put them on the map from my journal, and i need to enlarge them. i resize the small 1x1 token to the desired 2x2 or 6x6, save it again as default token of the journal character. i drop them on the map again, but they still appear as too small. did the same with a whole new character (with the idea to replace everything form the spot) just increased the desired 6x6 to 2x2 and did nothing to the desired 2x2. Why is it not possible for roll20 to save the current state of my token, at the moment i set it as default? or if it is, what am i doing wrong?

Hi Lgs, Make sure that when you are saving a default token, you have done all the setup on a page where the map scale has not been resized. Cell Width should be 1. This can lead to unexpected results on pages with different scales:
yeah cell width is the exact thing i changed to rescale all my maps. I'll try it on a clean sheet with  width1.
Works fine, thanks for the advice! For Users with the same problem. to resize token: Go to new Page, set Cell width to 1. Rescale your token to the desired size, in my case 2x2. Save it as default. Go to Page where you have lowered Cell width. Spawn token, it now takes the desired 2x2 cells, but in smaller cells.
