Compendium Error

Hi, When I'm trying to access the compendium all I am getting is an error (please see attached image). I have tested this on both chrome and firefox, cleared both caches, and also disabled all extensions. I have also tested this over multiple games and my other players are experiencing the same thing. Has anyone had the same thing?

I'm having the same issue - having just purchased some compendium content which makes this particularly frustrating for me right now. When I search for the content in the Tools > Compendium section on the site I get this error ID:  39aa590b40b645d8bded049b5d856b95 I've tried reloading the page, clearing caches, and disabling extensions. Nothing seems to fix it.

Same here  Some characters in journal show the source they came from.  (Tashas, Xanathars etc) Some tokens do not open the sheet they belong to and instead are set to "None/Generic token" ...dont know if that is relevant ...

Having a similar issue with the V5 Vampire the Masquerade compendium as well but it was working like a few hours ago.

Looks like the accounts aren't connecting to the compendiums

Glad to know I'm not alone. I've tried on Firefox and Chrome, logged in and out and cleared the cashe as well nothing makes a difference.  It does appear i can find some things by going into the compendium directly but it doesn't seem to be picking up all the books and the moment I try and search for anything it just brings up the Error notice If you message us about the error, please give us the error ID below so we can look it up: 8e3b5cb5cc6a4382a6568c829557c4b7 I also tried creating a character in a game and it couldn't even get past the race option as it couldn't access any races.

There seems to be something every other day with this website. Endless issues. Can you give this a quick fix roll20 so people can at least play?

Having the same problem on both Chrome and Firefox - I tried both since I originally thought this was an issue with the Charactermancer, but it turns out to be an issue with the Compendium entries that are linked inside the Charactermancer.

I can't connect to the compendium at all - just get 'an error has occurred'.

I am having a similar issues when using the charactermancer on Chrome. The only character creation options for Races are Custom and otherwise, the remaining options are unavailable. The entire compendium appears unavailable for my 5e account

I think they were working with the new app that they're testing and probably messed something up.

Same issue here... I click compendium and a list shows but once I click an item on list I get the error. With so many posts on this... it is effecting many so where are the Roll20 staff with a response and an eta for a fix?
