Ability for players to Mark other tokens

Many spells and features, like Hunter's Mark and Bless, allow the players to mark either the bad guys tokens or other PC/NPCs. It slows things down every time the player has the GM move the marks around. Why can't the players be able to click on a token and have a list of marks come up for them to use on it? The GM can always remove/override the mark if necessary.
This. I like this idea very much since I play a fighter and it would take some of the work off the DM's shoulders.

You can do it right now with macros that call the TokenMod API script.

This is a great Idea! This would speed up things. Also can have a check box for DM to allow or not in game. Players would be able to mark creatures etc during their turn.
You can do it with macros that call the TokenMod API script.  I don't know or understand what this means.
Michael K. There is an API Script (You can find a library of these in the Roll20 wiki or in the same list that houses game settings.) These allow modification of functions to an extent of Roll20. That being said it requires use of macro commands like "Target'. That being said I would like this to be an integrated feature.

I went to the link you provided and it's asking me to insert "code" in certain areas. I don't feel confident in doing that without screwing up my game. It would be better to have this feature, which is used EVERY TIME we play, integrated for player use.
