Please move token turn adjustment tab to a corner

Many times when I want to turn/spin a token, I find that the adjustment tab is hard to grab with a mouse because of the resource bubbles above it. I recently stumbled across the hold 'E' and mouse-wheel turning, but moving that tab to a corner (2 o'clock?) position instead of the 12 o'clock' position would make it a lot easier to grab. Thanks for consideration!
Or instead of rotating it is a problem, make it shorter so that it doesn't disappear under the bubble?
