Whats a name for what's his name?

I just had to populate a town with half Lithuanian and half Latvian NPCs with Danes and Russians mixed in. I found a site that gives names for every nationality and period you could ask for: http://www.behindthename.com/names/list.php I like having names for NPCs that make sense, and all of those inpronouncable slavic names drive my players nuts...

Nice recommendation, DM Al. Here's one I use a lot, Wizardawn compiles even Dragon names, Demon, Hyborian (Conan and the different major cultures of that setting), Holmsian (early D&D style names like "Halbaf the Curious"), http://www.wizardawn.com/rpg/tool_names.php Here's another link I used recently for Dwarven names (they also have Elf, Drow, Orc names, and some historical-cultural categories as well), http://jtevans.kilnar.com/rpg/dnd/tools/index.php posted as a supplement-companion to the one Al suggested
Those are very useful, but I'm afraid this thread is off-topic for our site. We only permit discussion that is specific to Roll20 (which you can read about in our Code of Conduct ). Since this is a general RPG question, you'd be better served posting it on a general RPG site, like reddit.com/r/rpg.
