Copying tables to another game - workaround.

This is intended for tips and tricks as i have not seen it stated anywhere. Thought i would let you guys build on it so we can post a complete trick. You can't copy tables between games.  This workaround uses a rollable token and a character sheet mule to allow you to move content via your vault. 1. Create your table but instead of using text as the output (that is outputted to chat) you prepare your output as a graphic and store its image. (Make all images the same size - see later). For example the table "Treasures" 2. Make this a rollable token. The result will appear as the token on the playing area not in chat. 3. Create a character as a mule. Example character "Treasures-table" 4. Drag the token on to the playing area. Select the token and in the character sheet "Treasures-table" make it the default token. 5. Come out the game and upload the character "Treasure-table" to your vault. 6. If you have permissions export the character to another game. 7. In the game you can assign users to be able to roll it or keep it as GM only. Drag out the token and either roll it for random out comes or select the output you want the token to show. Notes. At 4 the token is not linked to the table anymore so any changes to the table will not be seen on the token. After export from the vault the character sheet and token are not linked to those in any other game. They are independent so changing the default token in one game wont update the others. You need to reset the default on a character sheet and transfer via the vault again. (Watch out for not deleting or renaming the earlier sheet or you will have two with the same name) The output is the tokens image. So make all the images the same size and large enough to read (even if your text only takes up a small portion of the image).  Images can have transparent backgrounds but beware of text colors not being visible on some map colors. You can hide the output by putting it on the GM layer. You can position it in a consistent location (top right corner of the map) to find it easily. You will need a character mule for every table that this is used for. Include a landing image so you can keep the token on the table without it being a distraction by showing the last result. As mentioned you can roll or you can use the slider to select images. This selector would be a pain for a large table of say 100 images. I haven't explored all the options or done much testing so please enhanse or identify issues.

Are you suggesting that you use a different image for each possible result of the table, then randomly roll the rollable token to see what the table result is?
