In all my campaigns I have this option activated. Even though I am seeing each and every shortcut with CTRL+ . So I disabled and re-enabled it and ONLY the shortcut for the Token Layer changed from CTRL+'o' to 'o'... For the rest CTRL+'' remained! Refreshing the page is the only workaround for this. And strangely enough, after reloading all shortcuts are displayed correctly. (Latest Chrome, Private Browsing as well as normal, Latest Windows 10)
