Events were set in motion to stave off a most terrible and frightening future. Instead, a new horizon beckons with new trials and threats, but a chance at a different kind of outcome for the Emerald Empire. The Emperor's Gift is a caravan, comprised of samurai from varied clans and professions. Their task is to provide service to each of the clans they visit, receive information and correspondence, and make a trip across Rokugan to spread good faith and prosperity. They start at the capital, head north to the Phoenix lands first, then circle around the Empire to eventually make it back where they started.
