Every time you reopen a game, the "chat tips" and "opt-in to new sidebar" or "what's new" thing shows up. At 100% zoom, these take up almost the entire chat. There's also no 'x' to close the chat tips part of chat, like there is with the "opt-in to new sidebar". There are a number of reasons this is irritating and not productive. Once a player knows how this works, they don't need to see it anymore. Once a game link has been shared, or you know where to find it outside the game, you don't need to keep seeing it. As a sheet coder, if I'm working on rolltemplates, I have to navigate around this chat blob EVERY TIME I reload the vtt. Which adds up considerably when making lots of small changes over and over. If a player needs to rejoin for technical or other issues, or when rejoining for the next session, it clutters up the chat. If we're mid combat for example, it's a barrier to get back in the swing of things and figure out where we were. Tooltips and tutorial blurbs are useful. Making them mandatory, with no option to disable is not. Please consider one or all of the following. Stop making this default behavior. Perhaps instead, a simple checkbox when FIRST creating a campaign, or some setting somewhere to enable new player tooltips and info. Add an 'x' or something to close this in the chat window. Add a game setting to disable this from ever popping up again within the game. Thanks!
