"Apply Dominant Color from Map Layer" disabled by default

I have to say I really DISLIKE the fact that if you create a new campaign, this setting is AUTO ENABLED for the whole campaign and that you need to change it in game settings later on! WHY not have it DISABLED by Default like other Options are? (Allowing Players to create characters for example!) OR - if disabling by default is not an option - give us a per account default setting where we can enable or disable this and only once for every new game we create!
I agree. I'm voting for this to become the default.
