Sucks, is not intuitive! You should be able to click on the F-ing sheet open it and adjust the  score!

What character sheet are you referring to? There are over 300 game systems being played on Roll20 with over 1000 character sheets among them. The D&D 5e game alone has at least four different ones (There is no "default" sheet - when creating a game you always need to pick from a list.)
