Allow the size of the token bar and nameplate to scale with grid cell size.

Currently, the token bars and nameplates always remain the same height no matter what the grid cell size is set to. This clutters up the map, even when using "compact" token bars to reduce their thickness. I think it would look much better if the vertical size of the bars, or at least the text size for the nameplates scaled with the grid cell size.
