Tokens, drag and drop

how com many of my dnd mosnsters dont show token picture when i drag and drop them, i use both sheets

Depending on the compendium being used, some NPCs don't have included artwork. (That's on the publisher, not Roll20) In those cases I add tokens from other sources to the character sheets. Unfortunately, there's no native way to add those modified sheets to a custom compendium. As a Pro subscriber, I have a "Library" game where I store those so I can later Transmogrify them to other games. Non-Pro subscribers can use the character vault (Not Roll20 characters) but it's limited to 3 characters per game.

I am showing tokens for those. Question: did you already have monsters with those names in your game? If so, dragging in such a monster will not overwrite an existing monster with Compendium data, in order to protect home brew changes. Assuming: You have purchased the monster manual You do not already have a monster in your game with that name The monster displays a token in the compendium tab (I believe this is true of all MM24 monsters) You should see a token when dragging it into the game. In the odd case that there was a communicatin error during the original drag, try deleting the monster from your journal tab (check for duplicates, especially in the archived folder, where they might be hidden), and drag in a fresh copy. With a beacon 2024 sheet in particular, it might take a second or two for the token to resolve (the sheet has to fully import first).
