Journal Folders Won't Open For GM - Only one game table affected

In my Theros game, I cannot open folders in the Journal. It does not give me the expand/collapse button (plus sign). It lists the folder titles but there is no opening/viewing contents. I tested this on different games with different character sheets. I also tried different browsers (Edge and Chrome) to the same effect. It only happened on the game that I was naturally trying to run today. This has never happened before and defies my rudimentary understanding of things.

I had this happen in a couple of campaigns a few months ago.   One of my campaigns it was fixed by closing the game, clearing the cache, and then logging back into Roll20 and restarting the game. The other did not fix in the same manner, so I made a copy of the game, keeping all the logs and chat archive and it seemed to fix the problem. I would recommend that if the first suggestion does not fix the missing '+' to expand or collapse the folders, then file a help center request
