Can't view bio and info on character sheet

I wrote down info regarding gear here and can no longer view it. tried resetting cookies and used both chrome and firefox. any ideas on what to do?

Which character sheet is this, and what does the page look like in edit mode? There are over 300 game systems being played on Roll20 and many of those systems let you choose between several character sheets. D&D 5E alone has eight different ones.

Hi Thescandium (scan)! The edit mode shows no content either. When you put in the original info, are you sure you pressed the Save button, and did not just close (X out) the window? There is no warning in the latter case.

Well, from you show, there is nothing on the Bio and Info tab to show. If you want players that have access to the sheet to see any text, place that text in the "Bio and Info" area right below the line of editing icons. If you want to show a picture or character avatar, you can either paste into that same areas or into the Avatar box at the top left, right above your token image. If you put it there, it will also appear in next to the character sheet name in the journal. Here is an example:

The issue is that the boxes for the information don't even show up. There's no textbox in either case. Hmm. Does it do the same when you log in in a private browsing window? If so, I'd suggest capturing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and filing a  Help Center Request . This is a strange one.

In the screen shot that you posted, I see the top of the text box and it's editing icons at the bottom of the image. Are you saying that when you do type information in that areas and click "Save changes", what you typed disappears? When you scroll down in the editing screen, you should see both a "Bio and Info" editing area as well as a separate "GM Only" editing area right below it. I typed info into the editing part and it appeared, but where my confusion lies is that I previously was able to type directly on the character sheet without editing. It sounds like you are on the Bio and Info tab, but want to be on the Character Sheet tab? Pardon if I'm misunderstanding.

The boxes that you are referring to are on the BIO page of the character sheet. That is not the same thing as the BIO tab . Whatever is typed on the BIO page is not included on the BIO tab. The BIO tab is visible to anyone who is included under "In Players Journals". The BIO Page is only visible to whoever is included under "Can be edited and controlled by".
