Sandbox problem

Good morning im fighting an issue with a Sandbox, my api's are disabled and it doesnt seems to start at all, ive checked in chrome and firefox, ive cleared the cache on my browser and nothing seems to work, im an houer an so on it and i cant find any solution, please help.

Hi Mistrz Podziemi! From your screen shot, it looks like all of your scripts have been set to be deactivated. You will need to activate at least one script and launch the game for the sandbox to spin up. If that is not the solution, post back and we can go from there.

I tried all options i checked every single script an all of them work fine, ive done it with one script on and all in any combination. that seems not to be the problem. :( Maybe this helps. Yesterday the sandbox keept restarting and turning off without any error whatsoever, when i manually restarted it with the button, everything was fine. But it kept just turning off and today that hapend - No existing sandbox found.  Preparing sandbox to start on game activity. Restarting sandbox by user request... Ive dropped tokens roll some dice and nothing. Thank you for replaying keithcurtis :)

Hmm... Just ticking some of the boxes: have you tried deleting cache and cookies, then logging out of and back into Roll20? I'd you like another set of eyes and hands looking at this, feel free to DM me a GM-invite to the game. I'd be happy to take a look.

I cleared it all ! im gonna try on another PC.

Ok, i restarted the sandbox on another pc and it works fine now on both, im still worried in the future but i guess it has to do with the Brave Browser or my Pc, Thank you very mutch for the quick reply and sorry to bother ! im gonna test if it still gonna stop working as yesterday. I tested it again and after i run my combat tracker in a random moment it happens again just turning off the Sandbox and says no existing sandbox found.. 

It may be with the way that the Brave browser handles your cache or otherwise interacts with the site. Roll20 only supports Chrome and Firefox; other browsers may or may not work well in all circumstances. I have two players in my games who prefer Edge and DuckDuckGo, and they often experience problems with the VTT or their character sheets.

Thank you ^^, im aware that Brave is not the best and chrome and firefox are recomended, but me and 3 players always use Brave and we got a 45 min combat encounter right now, and no problems after i change the game to make some prep it came back, i tried chrome and firefox but it says the same  Restarting sandbox by user request... No existing sandbox found.  Preparing sandbox to start on game activity. i dont get it its so random :/

I am connected to your game, but I'm not sure what needs testing. The issue did not occur while I was logged in. I would suggest that directly after this next happens, to grab a Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request . It might be best to do this while using Chrome or Firefox, for official help.
