Make roll20 reserve reward claim automatically

Score + 3
Its so frustrating when I miss a reward. There's no reason why there should be an ADHD check to see if I remember or miss an email each month when I'm already paying for it. There's no reason it can't be automatically added to the account of those with the subscription each month.

Hi Colette,  There are quite a few folks that would be upset if it were automatic. They don't want the extra content cluttering up their assets. I know some folks which have petitioned Roll20 to remove reserve rewards they claimed because they didn't want them cluttering up their asset list.  Of course, that wouldn't be a problem if Roll20 were to implement better asset management, but here we are.
I've intentionally skipped several of the monthly offers because they didn't interest me, and that's fine because that content isn't the reason that I pay for a Pro account.  I get several email reminders throughout the month about the latest reward offerings and the frequency of those reminders already borders on annoying. I'd really dislike having unwanted content automatically added to my account.

I’d strongly prefer keeping rewards opt-in rather than automatic. As someone who primarily runs non-fantasy genres, automatically pushing fantasy assets or even digital assets that just don't appeal to my game play into my library would create unnecessary clutter. Until Roll20 overhauls its asset management tools to make organizing and filtering large libraries easier, dumping all content into Pro accounts by default causes more library bloat than benefit.  No thank you! Addendum:  As a solution to your personal situation, may I suggest setting up a reminder or two in your personal calendar on your computer or phone that pops up to alert you to check the current month's Pro and Elite accounts' reward.
