Roll20 is not responsible for any payment transactions and cannot enforce any private arrangements. If you're going west, I need to know what you're bringing. Not just what you've packed. Every wagon on the trail has an owner who swears it's sound, and every family has a notion of what it can't do without. I'm asking what you know. Can you mend an axle? Set a broken bone? Judge when a river is fit to cross? Handle a team that's had too little water and too much road? Can you keep a bargain when the whole company is tired enough to quarrel over a cup of flour? There's a great distance between setting out and making a home. Plenty of people manage the first. Reaching the destination with family, animals, tools and prospects intact is another business entirely. The Oregon Trail is a new, historically grounded tabletop RPG built specifically around the emigrant journey. Routes, seasons, food, trade, health, camp labor, relationships and what you have left on arrival all have a part in the story. This is not D&D with wagons, nor a series of gunfights in fancy scenery. The country is real, the people along the way have lives of their own, and no one gets a guarantee simply because they signed on. We'll be forming the traveling company during session 0. The table will run on Roll20, supported by Discord and supplemental Immersion Patreon material. There is room to work out your traveler together, including who depends on them and why they are leaving home. Four places are open. Read the listing and tell me one useful thing your character could do for the company—and the reason they are willing to risk this journey.
