Hi all, Had a few mins free this afternoon so tried to knock off a few of the smaller requests and updates in the log for the 5e sheet. A pull request has been submitted and when it's processed it should contain the following updates to the sheet Global bonus fields now support using "+2" or simply "2". Previously using the + sign would break all the associated rolls for that global bonus. Right now only the global bonus fields have this though i guess i'll probably try and tighten up the protection from most/all data entry fields at somepoint....the global entry fields were where the most problems seem to come from though : Thanks to Gauss for the suggestion! The inventory section now has an extra column where you can indicate whether an entry is actually carried by a character or not (for the purposes of whether the weight is conted in the encumberance calculations or not). Thanks to the guys at http://www.thetomeshow.com/ for the suggestion! Players might use this for - Showing which items players have decided to take with them when out adventruing with unchecked items being left behind to be picked up later Tracking which items are actually carried and not stored elsewhere where their weight should not count towards a characters encumberance total such as on a wagon/mount, in a bag of holding, etc... Added support for the Draconic Resilience feature available in the Sorcerer Draconic Bloodline subclass to the "unarmoured bonus" drop down at the top of the armour table. Thanks to UtahJarhead for the suggestion! Thats all I had time to update for now, but i hope to have some free time over the upcoming holiday period. The to-do list moving forward looks pretty much like this : Major features (in order) Class section revamp to provide significantly more support for some "core" features on a class by class basis...such as Barbarian rage, cleric/paladin channel divinity, fighting styles (multiple classes), etc.... The sheet wont be providing 100% coverage for all class and subclass features but should hopefully, and without overstepping any legal boundaries, provide some additional quality of life support on a class by class basis. A small example of this is the baked in support for Warlock and Sorcerer in the spellcasting section (since their spellcasting has slightly different or augmented mechanics) NPC section revamp to flesh out the NPC section a bit more fully as right now it's very much the result of a very quick brain dump of what i thought would be useful and flexible...in short the whole section could be doing with a bit of TLC. Less major features (in no particular order) Simplified spell row options - https://github.com/Actoba/roll20-character-sheets/... Weapon updates to support more complex weapons such as "extra damage on a crit" or "additional damage on a hit" where that damage is of a different type - https://github.com/Actoba/roll20-character-sheets/... A general data review and tidy to see if it's possible to protect users a little bit more from "bad" data breaking rolls such as the + symbol being used in the global bonus fields (now fixed!) A consolidated button to simply "Cast" or "Attack" which does the relevant attack roll/saving throw info and rolls the damage (handy for dragging to the macro bar as a single button!) - https://github.com/Actoba/roll20-character-sheets/... If you have any problems using the sheet your first port of call should be the 5e character sheet wiki page which has answers to a lot of the most commonly asked questions and issues you may experience, as well as documentation on the attributes and macros you can use should you want to. Otherwise, you can provide feedback through any of these channels Here on the Roll20 forum Via PM to me here on the Roll20 forum Via twitter @jmyles85 Or by logging an issue on the sheets github repo - https://github.com/Actoba/roll20-character-sheets Finally, the updates coming from the Roll20 team continue to improve the setup we have available with great features and improvements (like dynamic lighting improvements, pop-out character sheets, drag and drop macro buttons from sheets) but I encourage you all to vote for and support the 2 suggestions linked below as I think they would make a big difference for both sheet authors and players - Official support for repeating sections in character sheets Basic HTML/other formatting output to chat
