General Connectivity Issue

Edited 1421879815
One of my players has been experiencing an issue with their account. Anytime they try to change their profile avatar a message pops telling them: "General Connectivity Issue, Please Try Again Later." I've logged in for him and attempted it myself, and it tells me the same thing. Me nor the other players in our group are having this issue, and he's been having this issue for two weeks. Any thoughts or ideas?

Can you have the player post his console log while attempting the avatar change? How to open the console log and below is quoted from it In Google Chrome Use the keyboard shortcut: Command - Option - J (Mac) or Control -Shift -J (Windows/Linux). If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/console#opening_the_console In Mozilla Firefox Use the keyboard shortcut: Control-Shift-K (Command-Option-K on the Mac) If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Web_Console Some people experience internet connection problems due to their internet provider maintenance of their lines so there is a chance it is out of the devs hands. The console log of the event happening will give the devs a chance to see where the problem could be happening.
Sorry for the late reply, but here's what he pulled up.

The problem is this account is over it's storage space quota. It's a bug that it's also not allowing you to upload a new avatar picture because we don't count that toward your quota max. However, in the mean time until we can fix that, to get the avatar to update properly you'll have to reduce your library size so that you have some space left.
I'm not quite sure I understand the cleaning up library part. He's a non-subscriber, do they even have a library? Or do you mean for me, the GM, to clear up my library?

Free users have a library. They have a 100MB storage limit that's been reached. You can review your storage usage from the account page: https://app.roll20.net/account You can remove items from your library under the marketplace tab.
