Frequent Disconnect

Our group is experiencing frequent disconnections from roll20.net while we are gaming. It does not appear to be the network connection, as we experience it at different times. When this happens, the person experiencing it either has to wait for a few minutes (minimum) to reconnect, or reload the page.
Same here, having trouble as we speak.
What are you seeing disconnect? The video, audio or the in-game sync?
as far as I can tell, in game sync. We get a red banner at the top saying we are disconnected and nothing works.
That is a known issue that Riley is working hard on fixing by moving Roll20 to a new real-time sync service. Hopefully that will be coming "Any Day Now" and resolve the disconnect problems you (and everyone else) are seeing.
