The two problems I've always had with role playing games is first I've always had to fit it around my job, having time to set up a dragons nest, while also manning the register can be hard to do. Secondly convincing my wife that it isn't a waste of time. Don't get me wrong, she's okay with my having leisure time, but when I spend more time setting up a campaign than I do at work she gets worried. Having a fee would “sorta” solve both of those. I would want to run a Pay to Play game, the game type, time, and other information is up for anything. Most information can be found on the LFP listing and I would want to direct question and comments there.
