Re-do the hex grid labels...

The current labels for hex grids are fairly worthless given that they are in the center of the hex and of the same color as the grid with no kind of background color or border to set them apart from the map. They are also not customisable as to the content of the labels. Make hex labels a separate layer with its own options for color, border, and aura (to highlight the numbers and make them more visible). Add an option to specify the method used for numbering or lettering for the labels.  Add an option to specify a separator between the horizontal and vertical axes.
I use grids a lot for various overland travel features. Basically, anything that's not a battle map.  I agree. It was a nice start to get the labels, now if only we could control them a bit more, that would be even better. Great idea HoneyBadger. +1
