Cap +value to green / red / blue bars at maximum option?

Sometimes, a lot of healing or whatnot starts getting thrown around.  While I don't think that changing a long working formula is necessarily a good thing, I personally wish that +30 to a guy who is down 27 hp wouldn't take him to max+3 hp.  It would be nice if that capped at his maximum, as an option somewhere. Alternately, including both: +30 would give him the 27hp he's missing, and ++30 would give him 30 despite that being above his maximum. Just personal hang ups that are causing me some very minor headaches!  I know my players agree with me.
Some people use that "bug/feature" to track temporary hit points. Showing they're above their total hit points. I wrote an API script (mentor/dev server only) that does what you want though.
Yeah, that is why I don't want to remove it.  I even make frequent use of that!  I just wish it was optional, you know?
Then again, my group of players would hate it, since they are barbarians and enlarged and spelling HPs all over the place. :-P

As Honeybadger said its best for this to be dealt with by the API there are at least 3 scripts that do exactly what you want.
