Handouts cannot be moved correctly

Heyo, so I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, or brought it up for that matter, but when I reach a certain number of folders within folders I cease to be able to move anything into that folder. The handouts inside the folders are in the same fashion unable to be moved back into the folder. For example: I create folder 1, inside that I make folder 2, inside that I make folder 3 and inside that I make folder 4A and 4B. When I then accidentally moved folder 4A out of folder 3, I can no longer move it into folder 3 again. This is very annoying as I normally use folders to divide up my handouts so I know what it is and my players know what it is for the few times I want to show them stuff. To visualize: Made in the folder fine https://i.gyazo.com/2d5a401a75ac4764769519f93f2a40a5.png But can't move it back in once it is moved out https://i.gyazo.com/dda774441bfcbfd6deb4bedf9d30344a.png The annoying part is that it does that thing where it shows an empty space when I click to drag, as if it recognises that this is a space that something can be slotted into. However, you cannot actually slot anything into it. Anyone got a fix for this?

Are you grabbing your handout by the 3 little bars to move them?
Yes, it specifically shows the blue box and such, but it doesn't put the blue box in the space where I want it. It places it either in the folders above or underneath Folder 3, not inside it. It only happens when I get into the "third layer" of folders. Perhaps it is simply too many folder levels for the system to figure out?

Notice, in the gif, when he hovers over Test Folder 2 the blue box initially appears flush with the edge of the folder, but then he moves over to the right a little bit and the box shifts to the right as well. This is the difference between going IN the folder and going NEXT to the folder. Are you doing this last little piece as well?
Yes, it appears that when I drag the folder, however it only reaches to the Folder 3 layer so the folder I am dragging will end up next to Folder 3, not inside of it.

Oh, yeah I'm seeing this too. I found that if I added an item to that folder by right-clicking the folder and choosing "Add Character" I was easily able to drag the other characters into that folder now that it wasn't empty. Give that a try and see if it works for you.
So it seems it is possible to move Characters around in it no problem, but not folders, so the original problem remains. However, the way around it I have found is to simply not move any folders that deep in a layer around if I need them back there ^^ Thanks for the help though! Perhaps this is something that can be figured out in a future update or so.
