Hex labeling

Hello, In this thread , I suggest a way to improve the way hexes are labelled, allowing for a 50 x 50 hex map to have a much smaller label. Basically, it boils down to counting each hex in each column as its own column, so that the 50 x 50 hex map is AX50 for the last hex of the map, not GGGG49 (or GGGG50 when following the suggestion given). I would also like to place the label at the bottom or side of the hex (depending on horizontal or vertical hex map), so as not to obscure terrain and still see when tokens are placed. Thanks! LDJ
