Add a Rating System for DMs and Players

A very simple request, that may drastically improve the game experience on this platform. I am quite new on here, but in the last weeks i have increasingly become frustrated by DMs not answering, not showing up to their own sessions, being really unprofessional etc, as well as witnessing players who just logged off mid session and never came back, applying for a limited spot on my campaign and just not showing up or answering any personal message. I think an easy way to pick the right games to apply to, and to pick the right players for your own campaign would be some kind of rating system. As a player in a campaign you can rate your DM 1-5 Stars, and similarily you can also rate players. Maybe also allowing comments on the person accompanying the rating similar to platforms like amazon.
There's already another suggestion for a rating system and there have been threads in the past about it... and the last word from the devs was no. Because the system could be abused.

Allowing people to ascribe a rating to other people is not something we really want on Roll20, even though I understand why it would be useful to weed out toxicity in peer-driven games like tabletop. We don't foresee this feature being on our radar for a long time, at least until we can figure out the ethical implications of it. This type of feature can and has been very easily abused before. On toxic users though, that is why our dev and mod team is here. We absolutely want to weed out toxic users and abusive users but rating is not the way to do that. Reporting toxic behavior is. Please report any users that violate our code of conduct and if you don't see a report button on the relevant interaction, please email us at team@roll20.net I hope you understand our firm stance on this. I'll be closing this thread and releasing your votes.
