the right click interface doesn't have dynamic lighting as a layer option. this means for example when you move a light sorce to the GM layer to hit it, you cannot move it back.

You can copy/paste the light source to the DL layer and then delete it from the GM layer.  I will ask the Devs if the lack of a DL layer option is intentional. My guess is that it is and that this belongs in the suggestion forum instead. - Gauss

Personally I would REALLY love the ability to move things from the GM layer to the DL layer, or the ability to mess with the lighting of groups of objects all at once.
