The use of the voting points as a means of limiting posting in the suggestions forum is counterintuitive and unwise. It suggests that just because a user, for whatever reason, does not pay or subscribe at a certain level, or even that a user who pays at the HIGHEST level, has only x amount of useful things to suggest. This policy is so clearly silly and wrong that it amazes me, with all the other proper suggestions that NEED to be implemented, that time was wasted inflicting it upon us all. Of course, this is only a theory.
