Is it possible to do layer specific light blockers?

I'm going to be picking up a pro membership soon, and basically I need to know how to design my maps. Could I, for example, have a roof tile set up to where it blocks light at at the apex (so they only see whatever half of the roof they're on the side of), and then send that tile to the back once they enter the building having another set of light blockers for the interior walls?

Joshua, there is just 1 dynamic light layer (per page). The line on the apex of the roof (outdoor view) is going to look great! But this method won't work as well if you send-to-back layer to reveal the indoors. For that situation with DL you'll want to have a separate map (or move to another spot on the page) to put the interior room map with it's own dynamic lighting lines. K. Doesn't make things all that much harder, I just wanted to know before I had to completely redo my maps. XD Thanks!
