Purchased Licensed Content.

So, if I buy something, and I'm hosting, all players get access to that thing? Or only GMs of games I host? Or if I search content, only people who own the content see the content? How does the licensed DND content work? Or any player in a game I'm also a player? (Since in the real world, I couldjust hand the book across the table.) --Me

Hi Allen. The Roll20 Marketplace offers currently 2 categories, art packs and modules. They work a little differently but the effect is the same in terms of the questions that you posed. The account-holder that purchases from the Marketplace is able to use those assets as a GM in games. Whatever you add into a game tabletop, yes the other players can see and interact with it on the tabletop. Someone promoted to Co-GM or a Player with token permissions can rotate, move and manipulate those graphics. No one else can see a list of your purchases or add them into a game, only the account holder who purchased it can. Anything that you (the purchaser) have not added to a game's tabletop, no one else would have access to it, including Co-GM. If this doesn't fully answer your question, write back. https://wiki.roll20.net/Art_Library
So, reading the Volo's guide. It makes it sounds like "Find these in the Compendium tab" That is the SRD yes? So, it raised the question, if Volo's is different than art, and modules?

I believe so, yes, Allen. The implementation for Roll20 is consisting of unlocking new Compendium entries (which include text and art from the book, and drag-and-drop monsters), and also module with full lair maps on tabletop; 130 statted tokens! See announcement thread, https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/4130360/slug%7D The Roll20 version of Volo’s Guide to Monsters will unlock new entries in the D&D 5th Edition Compendium with this premium content. You will also be able to use the Compendium tab on the Roll20 tabletop to find entries on these deadly monsters and drag & drop them into your pre-existing adventures! Monsters will be integrated into your games complete with with fully statted tokens and Journal entries, creating a seamless way to spruce up your dungeon delve or castle creep. There are over 130 statted tokens you can use to terrify your players! Also included is a module with 7 gorgeous maps (all advanced feature-enabled with Dynamic Lighting) featuring the lairs of these foul beasts. Volo’s Guide to Monsters is available now for pre-order on the Roll20 Marketplace, and will unlock on November 4, 2016.
