This meaty space thriller from 1987 is your classic story of mankind finding something buried deep under a temple and bringing it home to study it only for it to unleash seething evil apon the foolish and pitiful humans. Synopsis: The year is 3816 and mankind has conquered the stars themselves. The ship UNSC Ill Omen is returning from an expedition to the planet Sigma 12 with research samples for the scientists aboard Station Delta. But as the Ill Omen approaches Station Delta the crew is met with only silence, and the ship is quarantined. Task Force 3-3, a special ops devision of Technova Research ltd have been assigned the task of figuring out what happened to the crew of the Ill Omen, and quickly stumble apon an ancient apex predator with a hunger that knows no bounds. The foul beast quickly overcome Task Force 3-3 forcing the survivors back and pours out into Station Delta quickly turning the station into a house of nightmares and twisting it inhabitants.
