Issue with a Player and Dynamic Lighting

Hi there. I've been running a Roll20 D&D game for the last 4-5 months without issues, using Dynamic Lighting throughout this time. Recently acquiring a new player to the ground, immediately I found issues in that whenever a Dynamic Lighting layer is in use on a page, the player was unable to see any form of movement of tokens, nor in many instances, anything at all. Changing a map layer immediately causing them to lose all sight, despite having a token attached to them and vision provided to the token. I assumed it was due to their computer, however they are in another game I play as a player within and that Dungeon Master uses Dynamic Lighting and they've had no issues in that game. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That's super bizarre.  I'm going to move this to the Bugs forum.  We'll need to get the standard set of debug steps, by you and your new player.  This will establish a baseline from which the devs can expand and try and track down the issue: Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!)
