(5E campaign, Wednesdays at 7 CST) The Old World is a brutal place, and calls for brutal champions to deliver it from destruction. You may not be heroes, but heroes don't tend to last long in the land of the Warhammer. Take up arms, embrace your new duties, and help save the Empire of Man from utter ruin. But be warned, walking the Path of the Damned is not easy. It may end up costing you everything. - - - Hola! My name is Brayden, I've been DMing for about five years. I want to run a D&D 5th Edition campaign in the setting of Warhammer, because those are two things I'm nuts about right now. Don't know about either, or both? No problem! All I need are players with good attitudes, an interest in telling great stories, and a willingness to play with a group. And, when it comes to this campaign, having a good sense of maturity is important as well. Why? Because in this campaign, we're going to be playing villains! Of a sort, anyway. Your characters will be forced into a Suicide Squad-ish situation... that is, despite their preferences, they're going to be conscripted into doing the good guy's dirty work. You'll be playing bad people doing good things, or bad people doing bad things. You've got free rein to get the job done, but that being said, I would prefer this campaign not turn into a villager slaughter-fest from one end of the world to the other. Not without it being entertaining, at least. Here's what you need to apply: 1) Name! 2) Timezone! 3) Experience with tabletop RPGs / roll20 4) Character Concept! Anything from the Player's Handbook is allowed, anything else will need my approval. We're not playing in the exact setting of Warhammer, more like a D&D-ified version of the setting. So don't feel restricted by the fact we're playing in an established world! Go nuts, please. 5) Describe to me what your perfect campaign looks like. Doesn't have to be exhaustive, but give me an idea of what you look for in a game. RP-heavy, combat-heavy, rules light, rules intensive, difficult but fair, casual and fun, you name it. 6) Any questions for me?
