We will not be sending out typical forum notification emails for the rest of the weekend, as we need to prioritize password resets messages. Earlier in the week a bot using a list (that included actual emails who overall were not previously Roll20 users) attempted to sign up for 70,000 accounts. We caught the spike and took care of several issues related to it, but not before the people on the original list rightly complained that they hadn't signed up for Roll20 accounts. This flagged our automated email system and lowered our cap of emails we can send per hour until our standing returns to normal. As such, we've had a queue of users waiting longer than normal to get password resets and are going to pause notifications in favor of people getting account access. Our hope is to have things back to normal soon.
