Hello Dev Team, I was running an adapted version of the Master's Vault one-off as an intro to new players and all the maps would not load unless I navigated to them, then reloaded roll20. None of the tokens would load either essentially grinding the play to a halt. Browser: Chrome Version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit) Add-ons: deactivated during game play System: MAC OS X 10.11.6 The campaign name is Master's Vault[5e] Cache has been cleared Any help would be super, Thanks

Would you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

Thanks for the quick reply GenKitty, I've used Firefox and Safari, which seems to have a small impact on the issue, but load times are still incredibly long and/or infinite. Another thing I've tried to some success is turning off the hardware accelerator on Chrome to remove that CPU/GPU handoff
Hi DLB, It is possible that there is something with Firebase that is causing a hold-up on the load times. If you could post the console log from Step 4 it should catch those errors for us to have a look :)
Also, what was your Map Size, and do you have Roll20 and it's Image host site (eg: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.d20.io/images/30566778/kkaLH16EhTDCM4JMSN4lXg/thumb.png?1490311419909 ) whitelisted for loading Images (that's the above Dev's Profile Picture in the URL) I go over this exact same troubleshooting advice in this post: https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/6153715/

It seems like the most pain-free treatment to current problems. I appreciate all the attention and suggestions, but as of now, the current thread can be considered closed out.
