Is there a script that would allow only certain characters to see certain tokens?   Take for instance if there is an invisible NPC and one person has true sight so that only he is able to see the NPC.

Not really.  I did throw together a little script the other day that demonstrates a concept you could use for that, but a player has to have control of the token and it doesn't reveal the token, just where it is.
