Advanced Fog of War that dosen't use the whole square

I run into some problems where the whole square is revealed instead of just what the players have seen, this creates issues with secret doors and similar things that are buried in the walls. Is there anyhting in the pipeline to maybe change this to only show what the characters have actually seen?
sadly how the dynamic lighting works prevents that but you can change roll20 grid size to counter it (say making each board square made up of 25 roll 20 squares and setting the unit distance to 1 ft) it will mess with character movement a little (will actually make it more precise when moving at diagonals) bit it will geve the dynamic lighting more "pixels" to work with inorder to properly trace wall and keep your secret doors hidden

This was pretty heavily discussed when Advanced Fog of War came out.  The best you can do is set your Advanced Fog of War Units to be smaller, like 0.5.  That setting is on the Game Settings under Page Defaults.

Actually, that doesn’t do anything anymore and should be removed.

Apparently that's leftover from some prior implemenation.
