Doublecharged Subscription

Hey. So I accidentally toggled a doublecharge on my Pro membership subscription, and the transaction's now been posted to my statement. I e-mailed Roll20 support about this the night it happened (Wednesday) but haven't gotten a response back. Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but yeah, any help?

As you have done so already, I will bump this up the chain but understand roll20con is going on so it have a slow response. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
