Looking for a player or two for a regular bi-weekly Thursday night game. We play from around 8:30 PM Central time to 11 or 11:30.  MCC or DCC experience isn't required and is easy to learn. You'll be joining a party of level 1 through 3. Instead of XP, we're leveling up after each adventure (the Judge might overrule this every now and then). If you're interested, post in the game's LFG forum letting us know something about you, level of familiarity with DCC/MCC and what you're looking for in a game. Mutant Crawl Classics (MCC) is compatible with Dungeon Crawl Classics but takes place in a far-flung future during an ambiguous time period after a great disaster has ravaged the world, and it's up to you and your mutant tribesman to go out into the hothouse jungles and radioactive deserts of Terra A.D. and collect the artifacts of the Ancient Ones in order to attain great power and savage glory. The Story So Far As do other Tribes of Cog, your village sends its youth every year on a rite of passage. This tradition asks that each generation goes forth into the untamed wilderness to survive and bring back functioning artifacts of the ancient ones. The original party is one such group of younglings. A small group returned from the lost museum in the sea of glass. Since that time, they have battled the drones of the diminutive Overmind, stolen his tunnel-boring subsurfuce vehicle, and explored a vessel fallen from the stars. This last thing was an attempt to repay a debt to a village the group arrived in using the bore-sub. When they did so, several innocent bystanders were killed as the vehicle tore up from below their homes. In exchange, the village elder - an oak-like plantient called The Old One - asked the party to venture to the recently fallen star and bring back the Children of the Fallen Sun. This would fulfill a prophecy and free the group from their obligation. We last saw the group returning to the village with a handful of artifacts, a rust-colored humanoid, and a sentient "leather rug".
