When we released the Charactermancer, we discovered that this update inadvertently caused lock ups on the Android and iPad app when opening a sheet that utilized this new feature. In summary, anytime the Charactermancer would open in the app, you would be unable to dismiss or advance through the prompts. This issue was something we were able to fix on the Android version of the app, but is presently still non-functional for iPad users. Currently, we are unable to update the iOS app version due to the framework that the app is built upon. This cross platform framework we used is no longer compliant with the iOS App Store’s Terms of Service. Because of this, they will no longer accept any further updates for our app. All of that said, we have decided not to remove the app from the App Store entirely since this issue only affects sheets which utilize the Charactermancer. If your game uses any other sheet, the iPad app should still function as expected. As it stands, in order to have a fully functional tablet app for both Android and iOS once more, we’re going to need to completely rebuild it with a new compliant framework. In the new year, we will be looking towards hiring mobile developers to help make this possible. Until then, for those users who rely on their iPads for gameplay, we recommend the following options as workarounds: Utilize an alternate character sheet that does not make use of the Charactermancer For Pro users-- using a previous version of the sheet as a “custom sheet” (please note this will cease automatic updates to the sheet) Utilizing Table on Tablet via your tablets web browser (please note that you or the creator of the game must have a Plus or Pro subscription)
