Bright/Dim Light not working right?

So I used to be able to set a token's light (say they are using a torch) 20/40. Which if I recall, is suppose to do bright light for 20 and 20 feet past the slash is dim.&nbsp; I tried setting up a bullseye lantern (60 bright, 120 dim.)&nbsp; anywhere here is a picture to show what is happening. When I set a token to something in the first box, it is bright light. if i put anything in the 2nd box it isn't bright, it turns it all dim.&nbsp; <a href="https://imgur.com/P1XHkoJ" rel="nofollow">https://imgur.com/P1XHkoJ</a>

The first number should be larger than the second number; the first number is the maximum range of the light/vision. The second number is where the dim light begins.
