[UX] Add Players to a campaign before they have joined for the first time

Use case : I've started creating a new campaign. I want my PCs to have their character sheets prepared in advance. So I make them each a couple of new Character entries in the Journal. I go to assign these character entries to each player, but I can't, those players don't exist until they have officially joined for the first time. Clearly, I can now share a link with my players, wait until they log in and then give them control later. But this is obviously a lot of back and forth and it interrupts the flow. Security concern Obviously there may be spam issues here, I'm assuming some form of existing connection between users.
There is a solution but requires the API Scripts feature from being Pro Subscriber. Its a script called Welcome Package and it automatically adds and sets permissions when a player joins the game for the first time effectively stopping the need for a GM to log in and set them manually.

I speak from the experience of using it. It works great. Create a post in your game about your creation rules (the do's and don'ts), have that script running and when players enter the game, they are automatically assigned a character sheet and they can start working on characters immediately. If the players want to create more than one character, you can make a macro that will automatically create another sheet for them.
