Hello Pktome, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with setting transparency. To rule out potential issues, please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues . Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If this does not solve the issue, can you please provide use the following information: - Name of the campaign settings this is happening in - Does this happen on a different campaign setting's page or just that one? - If it happens in other games already setup, can you see if it happens when you set up a new game? - Screenshot of the drop down color box showing the transparency selected or not. Thanks!

Yes. It's annoying to have to change the color of all tokens since they always appear dark (tint black).
I am having this issue too. I can confirm that in a new game the default transparency is there for a token but if you change it try to set it back the transparency setting does not hold, it default to black. Furthermore this same behavior happens on the background page setting as well. Normally it set to white, you can set it to any other color but if you select transparency it default back to black.
