Requesting semi-advanced macro...

At least too advanced for me to make myself. I need a macro (for a Mouse Guard hack) that ends up rolling (1 + X + Y + Z + M)d6. 1 success is counted for every 4, 5, and 6. Usually, 6s explode, adding 1 extra d6 to the roll (!). However, when you click the macro, it asks you whether you're rolling normal or with disadvantage. If you're rolling normal, it goes on to roll the input dice WITH exploding d6. When you're rolling with disadvantage, it goes on to roll WITHOUT exploding dice (6s are still counted as successes, but they don't explode). X, Y, and Z are attributes named "level" and "strength" and "weapon" (respectively). M is for modifiers and is input manually in the dialogue box. Is this possible? Bonus Question: Is it possible to create a macro that somehow rerolls all snakes (non-successes) of the previous roll?

If I'm following right: ! ?{Advantage|No,d6>4|Yes,d6>4!6} [[ [[ 1 + @{level} + @{strength} + @{weapon} + ?{Modifier|0} ]]?{Advantage} ]] successes out of [[ 1 + @{level} + @{strength} + @{weapon} + ?{Modifier|0} ]] (not including exploding dice) [Re-roll Snakes!](!
#rerollsnakes) With a second macro (called rerollsnakes in this case) of: ! ?{Advantage|No,d6>4|Yes,d6>4!} [[ [[ ?{Number to Re-roll|0} ]]?{Advantage} ]] successes out of  [[ ?{Number to Re-roll|0} ]] (not including exploding dice)

Hmm, never really played with exploding AND successes... might need to tweak this as it currently will explode on a 4+ :/ edit: Ok updated the original post with code that works with successes and exploding dice... the only issue is that it won't tell you how many dice were rolling including the explosion to help work out the reroll value for the snakes, sorry.
Thank you so much, Ziechael! If I just cut out the part about rerolling snakes, how'd the macro look?

No problem, it was an interesting thought exercise lol. Without the reroll button you can easily just use the first two lines and not bother with the second macro: ! ?{Advantage|No,d6>4|Yes,d6>4!6} [[ [[ 1 + @{level} + @{strength} + @{weapon} + ?{Modifier|0} ]]?{Advantage} ]] successes out of [[ 1 + @{level} + @{strength} + @{weapon} + ?{Modifier|0} ]] (not including exploding dice) And get an output that tells you how many successes out of how many base dice. In fact the first line can be integrated into the second line if needed... I just did it like that as it seemed logical for the macro to ask about advantage before modifier, here's the single line version: [[ [[ 1 + @{level} + @{strength} + @{weapon} + ?{Modifier|0} ]]?{Advantage|No,d6>4|Yes,d6>4!6} ]] successes out of [[ 1 + @{level} + @{strength} + @{weapon} + ?{Modifier|0} ]] (not including exploding dice) As for the overall output, it will be a simple chat message saying that someone got 'x amount of successes out of x' but you can pretty that up however you want with a roll template, emote or chat formatting options. The world is your oyster!
Got it working as intended! Thanks!
