Option to disable "Speaking as" for characters.

Tiny suggestion. This isn't a huge issue but one that has come up. In my game I give my players individual character sheets for things like spell templates and conjured animals. So for some players the list of things they can speak as is very long, 100's of things, and it makes no sense that they can speak as a 10 foot cone, or a Conjured Brown Bear anyway. With the new player avatar's update they can change their portraits to these things too. It'd be nice if we could shorten that list for players and preemptively stop the inevitable corny jokes spoken as a fireball. So I propose you give GM's the ability to not allow speaking as for character sheets. Ideally it'd just be another option under the "edited and controlled by" option on character sheets.
